  • Step 1 Typically, the process starts with getting our mailer, and you then making a phone to us where we gather basic information about your property, and situation.
  • Step 2 Usually on that phone call or later that day I can give you an estimate of what I would be offering for your property.
  • Step 3 If the offer seems fair to you, I will set an appointment to visit the property, and if you’re there, meet you too.

  • Step 7 Once the Attorney has gathered the paperwork needed to close, they will call you to schedule a time to come to their office, or a time for them to come to you. You will have a chance to review all the documents well before the closing. Once you sign the documents, the Attorney will issue you a check or wire you your money.
